JORDYN TAREAZ

Jordyn’s roots in music start with being just two years old and playing piano with her grandfather, who was a professional. Now, as a new graduate of Syracuse University’s Bandier Program for Music Business, she’s got her eyes set on a vibrant career singing and performing. Midst excelling in school, Jordyn also completed internships and mentorships with several big names in the music business, including Primary Wave, Alicia Keys' She Is The Music, Song Start, and GRAMMY U. Juggling all of this pulse working multiple jobs makes recording and releasing music that more difficult. But, with the help of a Recording Fund grant, Jorydn led an all-women team to make her new single “Dizzy.”

"Being artists and recording and releasing music can be very expensive. Having a grant from Recording Fund eases the pressure and helps me put another piece of art into the world."
