We don't chase trends. Our grants-based program is focused on finding and supporting dedicated, driven, and diverse applicants - not breaking artists. We believe that music stands before product, and we aim to be a gateway, not a gatekeeper.

Being a musician today can be costly and usually comes with very little return. Our grants help artists and musicians pay for the cost of recording, which in return creates jobs for producers, engineers, studios and more.

Our purpose is to remove the financial barriers to making records, rather than gatekeep who is allowed to participate in the industry

We provide grants based need rather than just on an artists marketability, follower count, musical style or talent.
